BISPA supports the BESA National Conference and awards event

BISPA (Building and Industrial Services Pipework Academy) recently attended the BESA (Building Engineering Services Association) National Conference at the Park Plaza Victoria in London. The conference included in-depth technical education sessions and panel discussions offering valuable insight and best practices in building services.

BISPA were on hand to offer technical support and advice regarding pipework and specification challenges being faced by the industry, as well as promoting our standalone Virtual Reality (VR) headsets. Using the VR units, delegates were able to experience first-hand examples of the interactive pipework training that BISPA is able to offer from one of our training centers around the UK, or when visiting one of BESA’s many technical or regional member meetings.

Kevin Kingaby from BESA commented, “It is great to have BISPA, one of our new BESA Affiliate members supporting the industry at our National Conference, their modern interactive approach to pipework training really drew in the crowds to their stand. All the delegates that I spoke to had experimented with the “BISPA virtual training environment” and all said that they had found the experience very worthwhile.

Following on from the success of the National Conference and our first joint training session with BESA members the previous month in South Wales, BISPA are teaming up with BESA to offer a number of regional CPD’s events around the UK and Ireland, Keep checking back on our website for more information as soon as it becomes available.
